1) Platform only

ServiceConnectUS does not perform repairs and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes. Any agreement for services is between the customer and the provider.

2) Providers are independent

Providers listed or enrolled through our platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of ServiceConnectUS.

3) Payments & credits

Payments made to ServiceConnectUS are for marketing and lead access (credits). Credits are not a guarantee of revenue or jobs. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non‑refundable.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use.

5) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ServiceConnectUS is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform or services performed by third‑party providers.

6) Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
